Flying to Hemavan and Tärnaby is quick and easy. The flight time is around 2 hours from Stockholm Arlanda and you land in the middle of the Hemavan resort, within walking distance of the accommodation and the pistes. Tärnaby is 18 km from Hemavan and is best reached by taxi.

Sverigebiljetten – Early birds fly cheaper

Nextjet has now launched a brand new ticket – Sverigebiljetten. The ticket always costs SEK 549 and is available on all Nextjet’s routes. To book it, you have to get in early, at least 30 days before departure. The ticket is designed for people who enjoy low prices and can book well in advance. Naturally, the price includes taxes and charges, but it cannot be cancelled or changed. Only a limited number of tickets are available.

Important information about ski equipment on board

On 31 October 2009, new rules and prices were introduced for ski equipment on board Nextjet flights. The new rules are as follows:

  • The price is SEK 350 per set of ski equipment (one pair of skis, one pair of poles and one pair of ski boots, or one snowboard and one pair of snowboarding boots).
  • The skis must be pre-booked via the Nextjet Call Centre: +46 (0)771-90 00 90. Nextjet does not accept any standby skis after 15 December.
  • Skis that have not been pre-booked and are brought to the airport must be stored at the airport at the passenger’s own risk and expense for the duration of their trip.
  • If you fly, you can enjoy a 25% discount on ski rental. Find out more about this here.
